Check the URL format
Make sure the link is in the format tiktok.com/@username/video/ID or a short vt.tiktok.com link. Copy it using the Share button inside the TikTok app.
Clear cache and retry
Clear your browser cache and reload ClipKeep. TikTok CDN changes occasionally cause temporary errors that resolve within a few minutes.
Public videos only
TikTok private account videos and friend-only posts cannot be accessed by any external tool — this is a platform restriction.
