Check Chrome download settings
Go to Chrome Settings > Downloads and make sure Ask where to save each file is turned on, or that your default download folder is accessible.
Disable download-blocking extensions
Some browser extensions (ad blockers, privacy tools) can block download requests. Try disabling extensions temporarily or use Chrome's Incognito mode.
Allow pop-ups from ClipKeep
In Chrome's address bar, click the lock icon > Site Settings, and allow pop-ups and redirects for ClipKeep. Some downloads open in a new tab before saving.
